I don’t pretend to be Scot or even close to it but, was intrigued by these when I first saw them in the movie Brave where three little boys were constantly sneaking them. I soon found out that there at several ways to make them and decided that jam packed, sugar and cherry topped shortbread cookies hit the spot.
