Thanks to my beautiful sister Bee making this just once, my 8 year old (at the time) requested it for his birthday. Sure he could have asked for just vanilla cake like he does his ice-cream but he wanted THIS with a cherry on top. No cracking of the cannoli shell as you wolf it down either 😉
